A Rosh Hashanah staple
Honey Chicken
Ingredients:
1 cup Catalina French dressing
1 cup Honey
8 chicken breasts
1 large can of yams
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Butter or margarine
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix dressing and honey together and set aside
Dust chicken in flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Fry in a large skillet until golden brown
Transfer the chicken and the yams into a baking pan with the dressing and honey mixture, and 1/2 the liquid from the yams
Bake for 30 minutes
