Bruschetta


Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes

  • Scallions

  • Olive Oil

  • Red wine vinegar

  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 loaf Italian bread

Directions:

  1. Chop tomatoes and strain the juices

  2. Mix all ingredients (tomatoes, scallions, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, basil and salt) together

  3. Toast bread and cut into 1 inch thick pieces

  4. Place bruschetta on top
