About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • Eggs

  • Pinch of milk

  • Butter

  • Salt and pepper

  • Optional -Cheese, tomatoes, peppers, salami, smoked salmon, anything you'd like

Preparation

Crack eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of milk and salt and pepper and beat well

Add in any mix-ins you'd like, and beat again

In a small pan, melt butter over slow heat, and pour in the egg mix

Over low heat, use a spatula to continuously stir the eggs, making them light and fluffy- do not overcook


*If adding in peppers, tomatoes, salami etc, you can sauté them before hand, and then crack eggs over them, and lower heat and prepare eggs per above instructions, and then add in cheese (optional) at the very end
