Building out a dinner party menu to embrace the warmer weather!
There's never a bad reason to throw a dinner party, but hosting a party to welcome in spring, is always a great idea. A few weeks back I had the pleasure of inviting some new friends into my home for a Friday night dinner, and I had so much fun creating a menu that features juicy veggies like tomato and zucchini alongside a lot of lemon zest.
To anyone who is looking for the perfect spring themed dinner party, here is my recommendation (it is also what I served in the picture above):
