Chocolate Pudding Pie

About the Recipe

Ingredients

Graham Cracker crust

2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 12 crackers)

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted


Pie Filling

2 packs of MyTFine Pudding

3 3/4 cups milk

Preparation

Make the graham cracker crust:

Put graham crackers in a large gallon size ziploc bag and and roll with rolling pin to crush as small as possible

Line pie dish with parchment paper

 Mix crackers with salt, sugar and butter, and put into pie dish and form into shape.

Bake at 350 for ten minutes


Make the Filling:

 Mix 2 packs of pudding with 3 3/4 cups milk and stir till really boiling and thick

 Pour into crust, then cool and refrigerate

 Add whipped cream topping before serving
