Chocolate Meringue Cookies

About the Recipe


  • 3 egg whites

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 6 oz chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees

  2. Using an electric mixer (note: you cannot make these with just a wisk), beat egg whites and sugar until peaks are very stiff (about 10 minutes)

  3. Add in the cocoa and blend into the meringue with a spoon

  4. Add in the chocolate chips and mix in

  5. Drop tablespoons dollops of the cookie mix onto greased aluminum foil covered cookie trays, and cook for 45 minutes
