Ingredients
4 Tomatoes
Scallions
Olive Oil
Red wine vinegar
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
1 loaf Italian bread
Preparation
Chop tomatoes and strain the juices
Mix all ingredients (tomatoes, scallions, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, basil and salt) together
Toast bread and cut into 1 inch thick pieces
Place bruschetta on top
