Apple, Pear and Pomegranate Salad

About the Recipe

Perfect fall salad! Light and crisp.


For the dressing

  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

  • Juice from 1 orange (freshly squeezed)

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • Pinch of salt

For the salad

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples

  • 2 Bartlett pears

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

  • Lettuce/ Greens of your choice


  • Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl

  • Chop up apples and pears, and add them to a large bowl with the pomegranate seeds, almonds, and lettuce, and mix.

  • Add the dressing into the salad and mix well
