A friend sent me this recipe a few years ago, and it's since become a family staple. Just as easy as using a store bought mix, but oh so much better.
Ingredients:
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup salted butter, melted and cooled, plus more for greasing the pan
2 large eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-by-9-inch baking pan across the bottom and up the sides.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder. In separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter and eggs. Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top into an even layer.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
