About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) white rum


  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pineapple juice (from 1 [6-ounce] can)


  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)


  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup


  • 1/2 tablespoon tahini


  • 1 teaspoon zhoug


  • Crushed ice


  • Pineapple

Preparation

Combine rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, tahini, and zhoug in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Place lid on shaker; shake briefly until mixture is chilled, about 10 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass; top with crushed ice. Garnish with pineappl
