Ingredients
1 loaf French baguette
Olive oil
8 ounces Manchego cheese
8.5 ounces Fig jam
3 Fresh figs, quartered
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Thinly slice the baguette, then arrange pieces on a baking sheet and quickly toast them in the oven for 5-10 minutes. You want the bread to be lightly crispy but soft in the middle.
Once the baguette toast is cooled off, spread a small covering of olive oil on the each piece of toast, then place a slice of Manchego on each, then spread fig jam on top of the cheese
Top each with a piece with quarter of a fresh fig before serving (optional)
