About the Recipe
Perfect fall salad! Light and crisp.
Ingredients
For the dressing
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Juice from 1 orange (freshly squeezed)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Pinch of salt
For the salad
2 Honeycrisp apples
2 Bartlett pears
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Lettuce/ Greens of your choice
Preparation
Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl
Chop up apples and pears, and add them to a large bowl with the pomegranate seeds, almonds, and lettuce, and mix.
Add the dressing into the salad and mix well
